Salisbury right your wrong abide by Fair Housing Laws

Is the City of Salisbury discriminating against people that want to live in group homes in their City? The City of Salisbury has an ordinance that prohibits group homes or no more than two unrelated adults to reside in any residential neighborhood within the City.
